Meet Our Team

Don RodgersPresident
Don is President of Rodgers Incorporated and oversees all construction operations, pre-construction and business development. A 25-year construction industry veteran, he has filled numerous construction field and management level roles allowing him to develop a vast knowledge of construction systems. Don spent eight years at Turner Construction where he played significant roles on many high profile projects such as the Bank One Corporate Center, Roxane Laboratory Expansion, Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) Central Headquarters, Nationwide Arena and Ohio Stadium renovation. Don’s project experience exceeds one billion dollars in construction value.
Paul RodgersDirector of Finance
Paul is Director of Finance and provides over thirty years of financial systems experience to Rodgers Incorporated. Paul spent 26 years at Wendy’s International and served as Director of Financial Reporting. Having obtained his MBA and CPA his experience and leadership are paramount to the day to day financial health of Rodgers Incorporated.
Field Staff
Rodgers Incorporated employees working site superintendents, all with a minimum of 10 years construction experience. Their hands-on approach to job site management allows us to stay streamlined as a company and provide a higher level of schedule and budget control.
